Spiritual Disciplines

I first heard about the Spiritual Disciplines from a pastor in Melbourne. After doing some research, I've found the spiritual disciplines very meaningful and helpful to me.

You can read about it here. While it is not exactly a new idea, it has struck a chord within me in a way that few other sermons have. It is time for me to reflect upon my life and my relationship with Him.
